Richard Weller is Professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Western Australia.
He is renowned for combining teaching, research and practice.
In over 20 years of design practice in Europe and Australasia he has received a consistent stream of international competition prizes.
He has published over 50 papers and given more than 80 invited presentations on contemporary urban design and landscape architecture.
His work has been published as a monograph by the University of Pennsylvania Press in 2005 and his new book, Boomtown 2050 concerns the future of Perth and was released in July this year.
